Since 1997, Paride Chiovini wines have represented the ancient agricultural tradition of the Upper Piedmont area
The winery is located in the municipality of Sizzano, in the area called Colline Novaresi, an area of native DOC and DOCG vines and where viticulture has ancient traditions.
Our goals
2021 was the turning point for us thanks to the bird of the new Agricultural Company Chiovini & Randetti.
An important milestone and, at the same time, a new challenge, with which we aim to increase the production of DOC and DOCG wines.
Wine production
The Winery is the beating heart of our company. It is where the wine rests, changes and evolves. The vineyards between Sizzano and Ghemme are divided into the indigenous varieties of Nebbiolo (locally known as Spanna), Vespolina (also called Ughetta) and Uva Rara (also called Bonarda Novarese).
The single grape varieties are vinified separately, to differentiate the qulity and enhance the unique characteristics that distinguish it.
