As per the winemaking tradition of Upper Piedmont, our company produces both white and red wines, remaining faithful to ancient grape growing techniques.
There are seven labels offered by the Company.
The wines, such as the name Paride, draw inspiration from the gods and heroes of ancient Greece. They have unmistakable personalities and their stories are intertwined in a common root.
An Historic DOC wine recognised with Presidential Decree in 18 July 1969, produced according to the disciplinary regulations from Nebbiolo, Uva Rara and Vespolina grapes. It is aged for 3 years, of which 24 months are in wooden barrel. Upon viewing, it has a ruby ​​red colour with garnet reflections.
The scent is fine and harmonious with a dry, savoury flavour and an aftertaste reminiscent of almonds. Imported and a long-lived wine: it enhances its qualities even after several years.
Ghemme DOCG wine, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the municipality of the same name.

The first evidence of Ghemme dates back to Roman times at the time of Tiberius. Produced according to the regulations, it has a minimum of 18 months of aging in wooden barrels (5 hl tonneaux of French oak) and 6 months of aging in the bottle.
Intense and fine cherry bouquet with floral notes of violet and pink. Intense, dry and balanced flavour. It goes well with roasts, braised meats and game.
Priam was the King of ancient Troy during the epic venture of the Trojan War.
A Doc wine produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, it's an easy-to-drink wine that expresses freshness, elegance, and pleasantness.
The aroma is characteristic, with delicate fruity notes and a well-balanced tannin.
Indigenous wine that expresses all its character, only if vinified purely.
Delicate, but at the same time decisive, it remains fresh and fruity, playing in contrast with its spicy aromas and flavours.
Wine that is inspired by the goddess Aphrodite: a determined, tenacious woman, wife of Hephaestus, but in love with Ares, the warrior god. By order of Zeus she was taken with Hera and Athena to Mount Ida. Here Paride (Paris), called to judge them and to choose the most beautiful. He chose Aphrodite, who, promising him Helen's hand, decreed the origin of the Trojan war.
Daughter of a priest from the city of Lirnesso, she was kidnapped by Achilles. To console her, Patroclus promised to arrange for Achilles to marry her.
In fact, Briseide became the favourite slave, dearly loved by the hero. Tradition represents Briseide as a tall, dark woman with a brilliant gaze.
It is DOC "Colline Novaresi" Uva Rara, vinified purely, an elegant and at the same time simple wine, which accompanies many traditional Novara dishes throughout the meal.
God of Love. Well-known tradition sees him as the son of Ares and Aphrodite. Poets portray him as a thick winged child who delights in wreaking havoc in hearts, sometimes inflaming them, sometimes hurting them.
This rosé wine has a must that remains in contact with the skins for a few hours, extracting the best fruity aromas. These aromas make the wine inviting and also excellent as an aperitif.
Athena, in Greek mythology, was the goddess of wisdom, sageness and the noblest aspects of war.
The wisdom represented by Athena includes the technical knowledge used in the agricultural field and in general in all the various types of craftsmanship.
White wine, it has an intense and brilliant straw yellow color. Intense and persistent aroma with notes of wild flowers, aromatic herbs and hay. On the palate it is sapid with lively acidity, but balanced with a persistent aftertaste of exotic fruit.
HERA is one of the most important deities, patroness of marriage and childbirth, considered the ruler of Olympus.
Straw yellow coloured wine, full of amber notes.
Complex and persistent bouquet, with notes of candied fruit, raisins and aromatic herbs. Full and enveloping on the palate, rightly sweet but balanced with acidity and minerality.
Persistent aftertaste of dried fruit.
